7. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a consultation, you must inform us within the time window specified in your booking confirmation (for example, at least 12–24 hours before the session). Rescheduling is subject to availability and our approval.
Cancellations by User:
- For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the session may be counted as completed and no refund may be given.
- For timely cancellations where services have not been delivered or prepared, Astro Guru Chandan may, at its sole discretion, process a partial or full refund or offer credit for a future session.
Cancellations by Astro Guru Chandan:
- If a consultation cannot be conducted due to our unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer an alternative date/time or a refund/credit as appropriate.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Services such as detailed written reports, customised remedies, puja arrangements, or products (gemstones, yantras, etc.) may be non-refundable once work has started or items have been ordered/energised, as they are personalised.

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per internal policies and may take a reasonable processing time depending on the payment method and bank or gateway rules.
